Pūka’s Story:
The Little Model with Big Charm
Heeheehee! I’m Pūka! I’m tiny, but my human Elīna says I’m “very photogenic” – whatever that means! All I know is that when I look up with my big eyes and tilt my head just right, people give me whatever I want. That’s my superpower!
One day, I was put in the car and taken to a place filled with SO MANY strange smells. I caught hints of other dogs, cats, and even (I think?) a rabbit! I wanted to sniff every single scent, but Elīna told me I had to be “calm and look cute.” Seriously? That’s literally my full-time job!
So I just stared at her with my biggest, sparkliest eyes and thought about snacks. I tried a few different poses – the head tilt (works every time when I’ve chewed Elīna’s slippers), the wide smile (apparently looks a bit scary on dogs), and my signature move – tucking one paw under my chin. Nailed it!
I’m not sure why everyone was so excited, but afterward I got TWO treats, so I must’ve done something right! What I love most – posing pays way better than sitting or giving a paw!
Now, my face is on some soft square thing that Elīna puts her head on. At first I was confused – does that mean she loves me or wants my head under hers? Humans are so complicated!
I admit I get a little jealous – she now sleeps with real Pūka AND pillow-Pūka. Sometimes I secretly try to nibble the pillow (it’s stealing my spotlight!), but when Elīna looks all sad, I feel bad.
But since the real Pūka still gets more cuddles, I guess it’s all okay. And you know what I secretly love? When Elīna is away, I snuggle up to the pillow and pretend she’s here.
It’s my little mysterious friendship with my fabric twin.
Fluff and love,
Pūka (the tiniest dog with the biggest personality)
